Return Policy
Swarovski's priority is customer satisfaction.
You can use your withdrawal right within 14 days from the delivery date and return the product. This only applies to purchases made from our online store.
If you use your right of cancellation, Swarovski will issue a refund after receiving the unuse, unworn or undamaged products in their original Swarovski packaging and return form. Product returns must be made from the country of pruchase.
Step 1: Put the product(s) in the original packaging(s) as you received to be returned product(s).
Step 2: Specify the number of products to be returned by choosing one of the reasons for return and send it together with the product to be returned.
Step 3: Put the e-delivery note sent together with the reason for the return in the package.
Step 4: Deliver your cargo with the original return form to the nearest Yurtiçi cargo branch with payment. Please keep a copy of your tracking number. Yurtiçi cargo customer code: 645286274
Returns that do not comply with these terms will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with a reverse charge.
The products in the set cannot be returned separately. All the products in the set must be returned together. Swarovski will not accept returns if only one item in the set is returned and will only accept returns if all items are shipped.
In cases where promotions are made for more than one product purchase (eg 10% discount on 3 product purchases), you can return the products separately.
Swarovski reserves the right to change the price of non-refundable products to the retail price in the event that promotional products are not returned together. Accordingly, Swarovski will refund the remaining amount by deducting the non-promotional (retail) price of the non-refundable products from your order amount.
Returns of online orders should be send only to the address below where our online warehouse is located. Returns to Swarovski stores will not be accepted.

Swarovski crystal is a delicate material that must be handled with special care. To ensure that your Swarovski product remains in the best possible condition over an extended period of time, please observe the advice below to avoid damage:
Jewelry & Watches:
Store your jewelry in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
Avoid contact with water.
Remove jewelry before washing hands, swimming, and/or applying products (e.g. perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion), as this could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating, as well as cause discoloration and loss of crystal brilliance. Avoid hard contact (i.e. knocking against objects) that can scratch or chip the crystal.
Figurines & Decorative Objects:
Polish your product carefully with a soft, lint free cloth or clean it by hand with lukewarm water. Do not soak your crystal products in water.
Dry with a soft, lint free cloth to maximize brilliance.
Avoid contact with harsh, abrasive materials and glass/window cleaners.
When handling your crystal, it is advisable to wear cotton gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints.
